Thoughts on US report…42 year old with irregular bleeding

Mom of 4. Took birth control from age 16 until 40 so my cycles were regular until past two years. Period comes every 21-26 days. Spot when ovulating. No bleeding or pain with inter course. Google has terrified me :(
FINDINGS:
Uterus: 11.6 x 5.2 x 7.0 cm. Anteverted/anteflexed. Heterogeneous echogenicity throughout the uterine parenchyma
with no discrete mass. Nabothian cyst.
Endometrium: Maximal thickness 10 mm. Tiny echogenic foci adjacent to the endometrium. One measured 2 mm the
other 5 mm. Small cystic area within the endometrium measuring 3 x 2x 3 mm.
Right ovary: 3.0 x 3.1 x 2.9 cm. Total volume 14 mL.. Dominant follicular cyst measuring 2.0 x 2.1 x 1.8 cm. Normal bloo
flow to the ovary.
Left ovary: 2.4 x 3.5 x 1.8 cm. Total volume 8 mL. Normal echotexture. Normal blood flow to the ovary.
Free fluid: None.
IMPRESSION:
1. Tiny echogenic foci adjacent to the endometrium. Diagnostic possibilities include areas of scar, vascular calcification
with polyp not excluded. Small cystic area within the endometrial lining suggestive of some cystic hyperplasia or
submucosal cyst.
2. Dominant follicular cyst right ovary
