Why do I have ovary pain on my right side?

I am 24 years old and have had regular cycles since I was 13. 3 years ago I went to the ER for sharp pain in my side. CT scan showed blood and fluid around my ovary and was it I experienced a ruptured ovarian cyst. For the past 5 months I have had tenderness only on my right side that starts with ovulation and lasts until the end of my period. I don't feel it again until my next ovulation. It doesn't hurt when I palpate that area of my abdomen. But it feels tender when I walk or am bloated. Cyst? Tumor? endometriosis?

It's hard to say what's causing it. It's possible too that the ruptured cyst caused some scar tissue (adhesions) that can cause some discomfort but it seems the tenderness would have started much sooner after the rupture. If you have a cyst / tumor / mass, it would typically show on a transvaginal ultrasound but endometriosis and adhesions will not. I hope this helps!
