follicles in ovaries

i have multiple follicles in my both ovaries.no extra fluid
.no pathalogy..tell me the treatment?

Hi,  I  was  diagnosed  of  having  an  ovarian  cyst  and  the  size  is 23.5 x 22.3mm cyst  in  the  left  ovary.Adnexae are  clear.  there  is  no  abdominal  fluid  collection  in  the  cul de sac..impressions  are:unenlarged anteverted uterus  with  intact  endometrium (14.4mm),grossly  normal  right  ovary,  ovarian  cyst  left,  unremarkeable adnexae and cul de sac...My  doctor  said  i  dont  have  to  worry  about  it,  my  problem  is  that...i  am  having  severe  pain  in  my  left  ovary,  everytime  my  menstruation  is  coming.......pls  explain  something  about  it...Thankyou  and  more  power....kasmot

i had the polycsytic profile done? where high insulin serum of100.3 occured

I agree with TrudieC. I was ttc and when I had an ultrasound the tech said follicles are a good sign for my situation. Usually with my cysts I would be crunched over in pain yet my friend never had side affects. How do you know you have cysts?

Follicles are a normal part of ovulation.  You don't have any info in your profile.  How old are you?  What symptoms are you having?  What tests have you had?  Sorry but we need more information in order to help you out here.
