Well her twin died long time ago and there was a man who almost saved her life and now 2010 she is insulting her mother because she is always remember her childhood alot and does PTSD has a medicine and she always  remember in the past

I hope I also understood your question.  It most likely will take a combination of therapy and medicine as PTSD is partly psychological and partly psychiatric in nature as far as I know.  I was told the antipsychotics I take also help treat PTSD.  I also noticed when I relapsed that symptoms started coming back until my dose was increased.  In short, there is medicine to treat it and prevent or reduce symptoms and therapy is used so the person can come to terms with the trauma.

Not sure if I understand your question. But, yes there are medications that can help with some of the symptoms of PTSD.
