hi people,
I am taking benzo off and on for last 30 years, since 2000 i take 1/2 of [fluoxetine 20 mg and olanzpine 5mg combo]
regularly with other antidepressants and benzo. my question is can i take these drugs, fluoxetine and olanzipine  separately so i can reduce it. please help anyone.

i had gone to to pdoc to ask  about sleeping pillsn antidepressants that gps,mds were giving me. i the pdoc put me on anti psychotics n said it is safe meds and that he will be around to treat me if any untoward happens, {u see he is young.  i had expressed my desire to see to see an experienced pdoc.} a few years ago  i found out that  anti psychotics  r by far the worse of the lot it causes akathisia, "an incredible nervous agitation.  you're just never comfortable. you want to sit but u can't... its like i r crawling out of your own skin. And it's associated with violence, suicide n all sorts of horrible things" n olanzipine "screws up the core metabolic system" so now i am over weight with hypothyroidism, diabetes, heart problem, my weight shot up from 47kgs to 75 kgs n have no help. when i last called him the pdoc says i need counselling.    it has left me shattered. i dread going there.  i still continue with meds. when i tried to stop i had excruciating pain in the head, no sleep and my head felt it is going explode into a million pieces if someone as much as touched it accidently with their little finger. i went another pdoc for help he said i am to blame for it.

tks for your response. aren't there different permutations combinations with drugs, can i change my dosages without harm. you see  i worried about getting akathisia and td. [ the doctors never told about terrible side effects before prescribing me these meds.] the pdoc is not of much help as he never listens to my concerns. please help if possible.
