Missed pill count
I missed a pill count because I was sick and at my regular doctor but I have a doctors note that stated I was with them will they dismiss from pain management If I present them with a legit doctors note

They may. Was it a scheduled pill count or was it a random one? Why would you get a drs note from your primary if it was a random/call in one?
If it was an appt/scheduled pill count, and you blew it off to go to another drs appt, you may get dismissed. If you were sick, you could have been seen by your primary before or after the pill count.
If it was a random call in, then why obtain a note from your primary if you missed the call?
