ARM PAIN (please help)

For the past month I've been having right upper arm pain. I also had slight upper arm pain in my left arm but its NOT a problem like my right arm and it's basically gone, just thought I'd mention it. The pain has changed a little this week because now I feel it radiating down into my forearm, into my hand. My upper arm mainly hurts  and has a sharp pain when I move my arm using my upper-arm but there is a constant dull ache in my forearm. Heat and cold don't help. 500mg Tylenol doesn't work. Idk what it could possibly be.. I figure a muscle strain would have gone away by now because I work out on my arms on occasion but I don't remember hurting myself.. I also have been playing the PSP (handheld video game) a lot more lately, could that be it? What could cause it to be here for a month? I have a doctor's appointment in a month (earliest appointment) so if anyone has any information on what it could be and how to treat it, I'd appreciate it.

It might be carpal tunnel.  I have that and I get that forearm pain, and also pain in my fingers and palm of hand.

Sounds like it could be a nerve. Maybe pinched. But could be anything. Would just have the doctor look at it. Sorry if could not be much help. Hope feels better soon.
