Alternative to Celebrex?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and this is my first question. I have been taking Celebrex (200 mg a day) for about five years for bone on bone knee osteoarthritis. It has worked well for controlling my pain (not perfect but pretty good). I also get some lower back pain (combination of osteoarthritis and nerve stuff) that only happens when I over-do (like trying to garden, etc.). I typically need a day or two of Vicodin for that as the Celebrex does not seem to work for that. These have worked for years, but I was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and told that Celebrex is not recommended with the oral chemo medication they want to put me on (Ibruntinib) because of severe bleeding issues. So obviously I am going to have to find an alternative pain med for my osteoarthritis. Tylenol doesn't do a thing. Vicodin doesn't really do much either (not for the knee pain). The only thing I have found in the literature so far that I can try is combining Gabapentin with Duloxetine. I did take Duloxetine previously for pain (adjunct to the Celebrex) and it did help, but my GP is skeptical that Gabapentin would help even if combined with Duloxetine. Does anyone else have Osteoarthritis and is unable to take NSAIDS and have you found a medication that works? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Given the lymphoma diagnosis and chemotherapy you require- your oncologist and primary should be in communication about ANY and all medications you may require.
