Buttock Pain

I've been suffering from a dull pain in my left buttock since last week. It comes and goes, but at times it feels like theres something pressing on the muscle. I've been suffering from tummy pains and problems with going to the bathroom, had a ultascan and mri scan both fine. But what is causing this pain?!?

What you describe sounds like Sciatica.  I had the exact same symptoms and it can be really painful and annoying.  I couldn't find a single position to relieve the pain.  Then, one day, it just up and disappeared.  I still feel it a little, but nothing like it was.

It was done on my tummy and liver. They did find in the first scan something called capillary hemangioma in my Liver, but the MRI was normal. I have no idea what the causing this pain and at times the pain shoots down into my leg.
