Hello Pinkyworld!
I've been rx'd an Extended Release pain med., with a short acting hydrocodone for breakthrough (and have been tried on both Cyclobenzaprine and then switched to what Wobby65 mentioned, Zanaflex). But I think both thise pain meds you mentioned are short-acting pain meds. which I've not heard much about taking 2different short acting meds. If your Dr. rx'd, then that what he rx'd... Did he say take those together/within the same day together?
Best Wishes!

I am prescribed basically the same meds (a different muscle relaxant - Zanaflex) by my pain management physician, and they are perfectly safe to take together, following your doctor's instructions and under his/her supervision.
Hello Pinkyworld,
Sorry for my tardy response. I spent Christmas with loved ones - and away from my laptop and other devices.
My biggest question is did your physician order these meds for you to be taken together? I don't think Hydrocodone and Tramadol are normally ordered together. - each are opiates.
Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxer and if often ordered with - one - opiate. Unless instructed to do so by my physician I would not take the three meds together. Bad idea!
Hope this helps.
