Drug testing times

My pain management office took my sample, then ships it 2400 miles to be tested. Going by what's on my copy and from calling the lab, from sample given to test performed, it was 79.5 hours in between. I know nothing of the time, except what I've read. Most say 24 hours, even refrigerated. Note:the lab im dealing with..
Millennium Health from San Diego,Ca...if you know their story, you know the track record......

It varies time from collection to testing varies with the lab- courier services ( most drs offices/labs contract with services like fed ex  or USPS next day delivery- so the labs receive the samples in time .

So what is "in time"? My sample was given on Aug 29 @10:09am. There was 2 other times on my copy of the report:

ResultRecd:9/1/22 20:40
Report:9/1/22 17:38

I called the lab and asked when the actual test was ran and he said "the "report" notation was when the test was actually ran, which is Sept 1 at 5:38pm my time, which makes it approximately 79.5 hours after I gave my sample. He also mumbled it was received Aug 30, but gave no time. I asked my dr office the same question, she said it says received Aug 30th, but she had no idea why no time stamp was dated. So, im not sure how im supposed to feel about this. Add to the main facts of this entire thing that a prescribed scheduled drug that i had taken was NOT even listed on the test, but 6 unexpected/illegal drugs were, you can see how im questioning this entire thing. Oh, and the fact that Millennium Health was sued a few years ago for $256m for a scam involving drug testing involving Medicare, Medicaid and other govt insurance patients(which i am),  you can further see why im questioning everything. Thank you for your response.
