i'm sad to hear that because those symptoms were i experienced before i diagnosed of MPS-myofascial pain syndrome & certain diagnostic test...but there's some disease that have same symptoms like that...i suggest that you consult to a medical & physical therapy doctor... or talk to some friends to have a referral to a good physician...
thank you ...god bless...

Hi Eman,

Welcome to the Pain Mangement Forum. I am sorry to hear that you have undiagnosed pain, especially at such a young age. We can relate.

Don't give up. I know how frustrating it can be. I would have a second opinion, or even a third. I would not rest until I had some answers. We can find "Nothing" is not an acceptable answer in my opinion. I agree with Mollyrae's suggestion.

Have you sen a neurologist or a rheumatologist? If PCP's are unable to locate the source of your pain I would move on to specialist. If you need a referral ask for one. Be assertive. Because you are so young physicians are more likely to discount serious possibilities or less likely to diagnosis life long pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia. I am not suggesting that you have such a condition. I am just encouraging you to seek out answers.

Best of luck to you. Remember that we are here to support you and offer our suggestions. Please keep in touch.

Take Care,
Tuck

Hello eman and welcome to the Pain Forum.

Sorry to hear of the pain. Have you been checked for Fibromyalgia? Your symptoms sound like that might be the problem. My suggestion to you is to get a second opinion from a new Doctor. Sometimes a fresh set of eyes are better...they can look at things a little differently.

You might even want to see a Rheumatologist (sp). Arthritis can also cause pain such as yours. .

Others will post as the day goes on...Sundays are slow so be patient with responses. Sometimes it takes a while. I hope that you can find the answers you're looking for and soon.

Please take care and good luck in finding your answers,
Mollyrae
