I have a toothache pain in my right leg

I have a complicated hx but this is new along with sacral numbness.."cool" temperature feeling when I pee...increased problem holding urine.  I am 64, have been on this forum for many years.  I sustained a back injury in 1995 from a patient thus ending my Nursing Career.  I had muti- level THORACIC HNP'S with severe cord deformity at T7-8 and T10-11.  This was finally found with meyelogram.  My rt leg has had weakness since then.  My lumbar used to be normal but now there is NOTHING normal.  I had a SCS implanted at T8-9...has given me good relief until recently.  I can't have it on..it seems to shoot off zing's in my legs.  I also do have MS officially accidentally found in trying to relieve my increasing gait problems...no lessons but in my brain.  After having 5knee replacements on my right leg and developed avascular necrosis of my right hip, broke my femur with the last replacement in 2015 then flew out of my way/c with change in pavement and fx my tibia from just below the stem to my foot in a spiral manner.  I think even my foot was detached.  Never healed well..is angled and an inch shorter.  Then tumbled out of my w/c a couple months ago and sustained a partial pilon fx of my tibia on my right leg.  Needless to say I am non-weight bearing but I can balance briefly.  The only way to take away the pain is to put my bed almost in Trendelenburg.  My concern is cauda equina!! No one wants to touch me.  I was told if I broke my hip I'd be put on hospice.  I don't take narcotics...I hallucinate...I have gastroparesis so I now take children's Ibuprofen very limited to avoid erosions.  I'm stuck. ...I just want to get rid of the toothache.  Any thoughts??  Sorry for the long story....

Lynn, Your best option is a large city/teaching hospital. They typically have both orthopedic and neuro spine surgeons, who also specialize in complex spine cases.
I don't live in Texas so can't really help with doctor recommendations.

If you are experiencing these types of symptoms, given your history, you NEED to be evaluated by a surgeon asap. Cauda Equina is nothing to fool around with or you can wind up with paralysis and permanent damage.

Thank you....I have seen so many orthos and neurosurgeon's....I am told "I am not a surgical candidate"...I have never had back surgery except for stimulator implant.  I just don't know anyone who is really competent but not arrogant.  I am not an idiot...I am not a drug seeker...I just know from research something is not right.  I live between San Antonio and Austin Texas...any suggestions.  I was even going to go up to Chicago to Rush but they wouldn't return my call.  I know I am a difficult medical mess but there has got to be someone willing to eval me.  Thanks for responding. Lynn
