THANK YOU ALL for your continued support and concern. My noggin is healing nicely and the pain and other symptoms have subsided. I am surprised it took well over a week to actually begin feeling my "normal" again.
I am humbled by your responses and the many kind PM's and words on this thread. I know you all suffer and struggle with your own pain and the problems it presents in your life and that fact makes the time you have all taken to wish me well even more meaningful.
You all rock!

I haven't been here in a while - lot of ups and downs; but checked my email today and saw that you had a nasty hit to the head. I hope you recover quickly!
Oh no! I hope you are recovering well. Take it easy and don't overdo it.
I was sorry to hear about your accident but I'm very happy that you are doing at least a little bit better now. You've been a huge help to me here and I hope you continue to get better, I'll be praying for a speedy recovery. Though I hope you don't rush it and actually take some time to relax.
Lily
You are in my thoughts daily. You are suck an important member of this community and I hope you recover rapidly. I really understand what happened to you. Today I wanted to put some plant food on my tomatoes and choose to fill this large ( approx 4 gallon) watering can with water and plant food. I had to raise this heavy can to approx, my shoulder level and I really messed my back and shoulders up and I am in horrible pain tonite. It's so weird, I am a 64 year old woman with fibromyalgia and my brain thinks I am still 35 !!!!! I wish I could remember that I just can't do these things anymore.
Namaste, Teri
I hope you get to feeling better soon. ((hugs))
I'm so glad that ur seeing some improvements however slow...
don't rush yourself back tuck, we miss you but getting rest and getting well needs to be you're priority now...
bless you
See how much love and attention you get here. We all love you back. You are a tender caring woman who is incredible. thank you for all your support.
Feel better. In my prayers.
Gary
I am only reading this now and I'm thinking how you were the only one who responded to me, meanwhile it sounds like you were having your own troubles, but never let on.
Thanks so much for putting others before yourself, that is a beautiful quality. I sincerely pray for your healing and thank you for answering me when I do believe you wern't up to it.
In any event, be well.
My best to you.
Thank you all for your kind words and support. You are such wonderfully special ppl and I could not hope for a stronger more supportive and caring community.
Just a quick update. Today is the first day that I think the top of my head will not blow off! though understandably I am still having some bad moments!! I am still ordered to bed rest but am up a bit more and improving. Hopefully tomorrow I can return to the PM Forum in full. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
Love & ((HUGS)) to All,

So sorry to hear about your misfortune. I am glad to hear, or read, you are on the mend. You have always been so supportive of my post and therefore issues so I just wanted to wish you will and send some positive thoughts your way.

I agree with you Mollyrae, we do have an exceptional caring community here that I am very proud to be a part of:)
I spoke with Tuck earlier today and she is feeling a little better but as I told her she needs to rest as her doc ordered her to.
Tuck has been a godsend to our community. I have been the community leader here for over a year and due to personal problems and losing my PM doctor I have not been able to get here as I would like.I was the only CL here for awhile and I was always worried if I was not able to be here. I am so glad that she did take the community leader position with me as she is a great asset to this community.
Mollyrae has also been filling in helping Tuck and I and we want to also thank her for all the time she takes to help others here offering kind compassionate advice to those who need it.
Support is one of the most important things when having chronic pain and we are fortunate to have such kind and caring members here.
After reading all the comments, it brings me to the conclusion that we have an excellent community who care very deelpy about one another. I think all of you are the best!!!
And Tuck,
Please get that needed rest. As you well know, healing takes time so please don't rush things. AND....no more lawn mowing for a while :)
WHAT A GREAT COMMUNITY !!!
Well i am sorry to here of your head hitting i hope all is well with you an your in my heart an prayers. You were there for me an you wanted me to tell you my surgery date on my back finally got one its sept 17th scared but who isnt.Tuck hope you bounce back thinking of you may god hold you close an bring you as much comfort as possible through this your friend flash316
There are things that we should not do that limit us to an extent but we must try:)
I am sorry your in so much pain. I will remember you in my prayers.
You are on bed rest and strict orders to rest and relax. Put the laptop away and focus on getting better.
(((HUGS))) to all of you very kind and supportive friends in pain.
Sitting up brings on horrid head pain and neck spasms so I must follow physician's orders and try to maintain as much bed rest as I can over the next few days.
Yes Red, the term hard headed is used to describe me too and I will be fine. No permanent damage done.
I'm ashamed to say this is a riding lawn mower accident...a hard headed woman on steroids and narcotics should not be doing a zero turn around a tree that possess low hanging attacking limbs!!!
I have discovered I feel better and probably will heal quicker if I follow orders. So I'll check in from time to time but have to put this laptop down again.
Thank You All,
Tuck
We all send our warmest wishes. We certainly miss you but you need rest:)
I hope your feeling 100% very soon.
Feel Better. If your head is as hard as mine is you will be fine. Every time I fall down I end up in surgery but my hard head always seems to survive to fall another day. LOL!
Get well soon.
yes take care of yourself tuck....get some rest and come back when you feel up to it!
speedy recovery wishes!
Rest up Tuck, kick back and relax.
Chuck
Speedy recovery....rest up....
Glad everything is okay....
