Hello and Welcome to our Pain Management Community. Remar is correct.

I don't know a thing about Cairo - sorry. I do know that this forum is supportive and caring. It's also very knowledgeable about Chronic Pain and the issues it presents. We  hope you'll be active in our community.

MedHelp also has a forum for Depression. I'm confident that it is as supportive as this community. Here's the link:

We'll look forward to hearing from you soon.

Take Care,
~Tuck

Are you asking if there is a group where you're living? Or, are you asking about an online group? If it's an online group then you're in the right place. This is the Pain Management forum and we're here to help and support each other.
Unfortunately, depression is common when you're a chronic pain patient. You can't do the things you want to do, you're in pain and you just want it to stop.
Are you seeing a Dr and taking medication for your pain? If not, I would highly recommend you do see a Dr. If you can get your pain under more control it can really help your depression.
We're here to help anyway we can so hopefully you will keep posting to get the support you need.
