Help. Drug screen negative for Oxycodone
I have been in pain clinics over 20 years and never failed one untill this month! I never use any meds other than mine. Dr said Labs didn’t show my pain med or Xanax! I use a lot if Herbs and vitamins. Help please I don’t understand. Potassium, Zinc, and Garlic are the newest I’ve used in past 6 months. I don’t understand what’s going on! I have a bad neck and back and use mine on a regular basis!

Was the urine sent out for confirmatory testing or was this an in office screen? When was the last dose taken in relation to the test?
It’s possible for an in office screen to have a false positive/negative result, due to cut off thresholds, but most pm offices send out urine for quantitative/confirmatory testing after an in office result.
