What is This Pain?

I'm 15 and I've been having a sharp pain under my left breast. Like right around my upper rib cage. (And if it matters any I'm a size 38C.)
It lasts for about more than an hour and it hurts to move. It happens every month about a week or two before my period.

My friend said that she's had the same problem, but for her, she can't even breathe, it only lasts for a few minutes (about 10-15 minutes) and it happens daily. She thinks that it could be attached to her heart and believes that's the reason why her left breast doesn't/can't grow. Her boyfriend told me that it could just be growth pains, and to be honest, that's probably all it is.

I felt around where the pain was coming from, and I felt something that felt like a indent or small hole. So I checked the other side, and there was no indent or hole. So I thought that possibly something could be wrong. I have told my mother but she doesn't think it's much of a big deal, just growth pains.

I don't smoke and I don't do drugs or anything like that.
Any idea on what this pain is? :(

Yeah I do sometimes. And I've thought that it might be a broken rib but my parents don't really listen all to well to my problems...
