Yes, you'll get a separate breakout for Fentanyl, Oxycodone, Vicoden, Morphine, Codeine, Oxymorphone, Heroine, Opium, Hydromorphone, Cocaine, Demerol, and several other Opiates/Opioid drugs; Along with their concentration levels (ng/ml) in your bloodstream.

The urine test WILL show the difference in the two medications. Vicodin is HYDROcodone, which is different than OXYcodone, different drug, different chemical breakdown and different metabolites.
Why did you run out of your prescribed vicodin early?
The prescriptions are supposed to last 30 days, if you are taking them exactly as prescribed, you should not run out early.
Taking a scheduled medication not prescribed to you is illegal, and if you are under the care of a pain management treatment program, is automatic grounds for dismissal. The doctor can refuse to treat you, and send you on your way.
The urine tests check for compliance-are you taking the medications prescribed for you? And how much you are taking?  Are you taking anything not prescribed to you, or using street drugs?
If I were you, I suggest you plan on being discharged and don't plan on the current doctor tapering you off. They generally will not provide any tapering medications when a patient is dismissed.
Decide what you plan to do if you require ongoing treatment.
Being discharged for a failed urine test-not having the prescribed vicodin in your system, AND having oxycodone NOT prescribed show up positive is likely going to make it very difficult, if not highly unlikely that another doctor will take you on as a new patient for some time.
