Suffering from acute right abdominal pain which increases early morning everyday

I am 27 years old married female and have no kid yet. Since 3-4 days I am suffering from a pain in right abdomen which stretches toward the back as a semicircle.
i get this pain in early morning and the rest of the days it feels better.I have no problem in urinating but a reduced stool formation, which may be due to my reduced diet. I am eating very less and light food only to get better. I saw a doctor when my pain was at its extreme but they could not diagnose it. they checked my blood and urine  and later did ultrasound also. but reports were all fine. Kindly suggest me what may be the problem. I fear of anything serious that happens because of problem not being diagnosed.

Thanks for replying.

I have consulted a Gastroenterologist and he also advised a lot of blood tests.I have had all those test and after seeing the reports he could not diagnose any problem. He advised me to have FORLEX (for cleaning the bowel i guess) twice a day n asked me to take it untill i get diarrhea.I am afraid of getting ill with diarrhea. so i just took that for 3 days. He also diagnosed a low iron count in my blood and advised me FERROGRAD for 1 month everyday.
He told me that my urine could come dark because of this medicine. But instead of my urine my stool is of dark color and urine is normal.I don't know its normal or not. Twice I saw small balls like structure of dark gray black color floating with my faces which scare me.

I feel my problem gets worst only when I eat hot/spicy or heavy food. I am completely on a spice-less diet now for past 15 days and the pain is not there. I am having completely boiled and light food to prevent the pain.

Now the problem is will I never be able to eat spicy food?
I feel the same weakness and sickness everyday. I hear my stomach sounds and feel something is problematic. After eating sometimes I get bitter/sour taste in whole food pipe till my mouth but no belching. My bowel movement is disturbed and now I need to go to toilet 2-3 times a day which was usually 1 time a day when I was well. Urination is not affected much and is more or less the same. The 1st doctor I consulted had checked for kidney stones through ultrasound and it was ok.

What else should I ask my doctor to check?
I don't know much about UTI, an Ovarian Cyst(s).
do I need to consult a gynaec.
is my problem related to peptic ulcers/hyper-acidity/intestinal wounds?
what can be used to diagnose for these problems?

I'll will be thankful to you for your support.

I need your expert comments to recover soon.

Thanks a lot

Hello and Welcome to the Pain Management Forum. I am sorry to hear about your undiagnosed pain. I know it can be frightening when your PCP is unable to tell you why you hurt. We all think the worse.

It sounds like they have ruled out kidney stones, UTI, an Ovarian Cyst(s) and all the obvious reasons for your type of symptoms. That would normally be good news but as the pain continues I am sure you must be concerned.

Have you consulted a Gastroenterologist? If not that may be my next step. However if the pain gradually worsens or becomes acutely severe please don't hesitate to seek immediate medical attention. Unfortunately tests don't always reveal everything. A repeat of the tests may prove to be beneficial.

I hope you will let us know what you discover. I'll look forward to your updates.

Best of Luck,
~Tuck
