If your dentist has given you such suggestion then it would be fine.

Hi!
Normally yes, you can get your tooth pulled out if you have been on antibiotic cover for 48 hours. You have to continue the treatment after the tooth has been pulled out. However, if it is the same tooth as the one that has an abscess around it, then you may need  a longer antibiotic cover. Your dentist is the best person to advise you regarding when you can go for the tooth extraction. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

Hi christina,

If you're not sure whether two days on antibiotics is enough time before
this procedure, I would call your dentist. They'll be able to advise you
best, I would think. Good luck. Eve
