face pain

I have extreme facial pain on the right side of my face all the time. I know when the pain will start really bad because the very top and tip of my front upper gums gets swollen. My right eye contuniouly waters and my right temple is very hard like stone. I t feels like someone is taking my skull and eye and trying to push it out of my skin. I am in such excutaiating pain its unbelievable. I think I might Trangenial nueralgia is this true?

Ive had similar pain in my face.The watery eye and the fact that its all on one side points towards trigeminal neralgia.A regular doctor wont be able to help you,you need to be referred to a nerologist so they can confirm the nerve damage.In the mean time,make sure your getting plenty of b vitamins.Particullarly b-12.You can find it on almost all store shelves.The b vitamins build up over time and block some of the pain you feel.Its not a cure,but over time it will decrease the intensity of the pain.
