hand pain

i have chronic hand pain . it hurts the worst at night, it feels like my bones are aching. i work as a housekeeper, so i have been told it is due to my work. its not so bad at work, but really bad at night. i work 6 weeks on and 2 off. when i go home on my break, they do not hurt. sometimes the pain goes into my wrists and arms. could this be arthritis?

I'm not sure how this old thread was missed for comment but thanks Gypsyrose for locating it. It's my guess that Debbiec is no longer active.

I agree that her SX could be Carpel Tunnel. I hope she's had her pain evaluated by her medical provider.
