The only thing I can suggest is trying Fioricet or Fiorinal which are prescribed generally for tension headaches.  I suffered with those and still do and for me Fioricet is the only thing that works...I was giving a ton of different migraines medications which never worked.  One day i described how I had these horrible headaches that were like migraines but were not relieve by migraine medications, she said you are probably suffering from tension headaches caused by your neck muscles and probably due to the fusion at C3-C4 I had.  The only other home remedy I have is that I use a cold pack that wraps around my neck similarly to a cervical collar as well and the cold seems to help a lot!!!  (I never use heat because for me, it makes things worse!)  Good luck!!!  I hope this helps!!!

I would go to your primary doctor and ask them to treat your headaches.  Even after my ACDF 3 months ago, I still have frequent migraines.  I take Maxalt and Fiorinal.  Those medicines are a lifesaver for me along with ice.

I would recommend going to your local GNC store. They do have remedies that may work for you such as herbs and much more.
I got my husband several things from there for his headaches and they work for him sometimes. He would do much better if he would take them regularly.
There are many homopathic remedies that work that they can tell you about.

I have no remedies for you but I wanted to tell you that you are in my thoughts and I wish the best for you and hope someone has some great recipee passed down through generations, like celery root, ginger and tabasco pureed with an asprin and tonic water! Wouldn't that be something! something nasty at least! LOL I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh when you are in so much misery. Good Luck!
