You've commented on a post that is a year old.  You may get better responses if you post your own question.  Your problem is a little different than the original poster's problem.  I think it would be good to include in your post what kind of doctor you've been seeing.

I have had a tear (fissure up bum) it was getting better but i had botox put in sphincter to stop it coming back and it hurts a lot also i can feel a lump up there nearly a week after surgery i realize this isnt long but it was gone basically before they did it. Also can i use recogesic aswell on it and finally i went for piles aswell and they said it might not be worth doing surgery as it could make them worse and i may have to live with them but they are painful and itchy i cant live with them and ive tried the creams they help a little for itching but it doesnt make them go. Please help me im desparate

I would suggest going to chiropractic.  Her lower back must be out of alignment.  I inherit from my mother about our pain in our tailbone.  It would be so painful for hours.  Once I take a dose of tylenol and lay flat on my back with no pillow under my head and put two pillows under my knees to release pressure on my tail bones.  Sometimes it is due to sitting on those hard chair in classroom all day; leaning on side or leaning back and slanting & resting your head on your hand w/ elbow on the desk/table. Bound to shift lower backbones and muscle spasms.
