results of a MRI scan of the spine

My mother has already done a surgery for slipped disc but the pain has always been there. In her recent MRI it is mentioned that she has a focal hemangioma. What is a focal hemangioma (in L2)?  How can it be treated? Also it also says At C5/C6 Impingement of right C6 nerve root due to disc osteophyte complex. what does this mean?

Focal hemangiomas do not require treatment. They are benign tumors found in 10% of the population.

Disc osteophytes are scars of degenerative disc disease. When they press on the nerve roots at the intervertebral foramen, they cause pain. Initial treatment involves anti-inflammatory medications, and physiotherapy.
