would like help in understanding the finding of my MRI

L2-3 slight facet hypertrophy,L3-4,circumferential bulge and dorsal epidural fat,flatten canal ,Bulge ,endplate spur,and facet hypertrophy, L5,S1 circumferential bulge and endplate spur combine with facet hypertrophy to narrow left L5 foramen ,L4-5 level congenital Spondylitic change at levels above and below producing mild L3-4circumferential canal narrowing and mild L3 and L5 for amin al flattening,,bone marrow signal shows abnormality ,moderate sized syrinx extends from C5/6 level to T9/10 level also small syrinx extends fro. T9/10 TO THE MID T12 Disk desiccation with central herniated disk at T 9/10 level effacing sub arachnid space
