High Lipase

I always had an elevated lipase since 2006, they never found anything.  Now in 2017 I went to the ER for anxiety an they ran some tests and found my lipase was 524, now yesterday it was 745.  My liver and something else are slightly elevated.  I been suffering from low stomach cramps for a couple years but told itr was IBS or caused from my fibroids.  They ran an ultasound over my gallbladder and a CT scan of my liver and pancreas and they said all looked normal.  I am freaking out!  I do feel achey and a little sick to my stomach.  Someone said I needed an EGD and a biopsy.  What could this be besides cancer?
