IPMN 9 MM ON TAIL OF PANCREAS - AND ONE OTHER 2-3 MM
During follow up MRI during two years- it shows IPMN on tail of pancreas and another cyst like 2-3 mm, 24/7 pain on upper abd, , taking 40 mg Teva PENTAPRAZOLE twice, diabetic,.non compliance of cpap and dental appliance, sever obstructive sleep apnea. On CBC - hb is at 10 range, IgM is always low - 26-29 level. tired
Sidebranch IPMNs are generally benign, although some recent reports suggest slight increased risk for pancreatic cancer.
