cystic lesion on pancreas

I am Male 58, Latest CT shows- In tail of pancreas 8 mm round hypoattenuating lesion measuring 13 hounsfield units, appears cystic lesion, I do not see clear complicating feature, spleen is small.
Please guide- how fast this cystic lesion will grow,? what may be complications, does this is going towards Cancer--worried please.,

Please do a followup imaging, within 6 months. Cystic lesions can come and go, the followup imaging will show where you stand. The new data will allow your doctors to make the appropriate decisions.

If no contraindications, MRI/MRCP abdomen with and without contrast may be of benefit to further characterize.
