Giving yourself time to adjust...

With a newborn in the house, we all know that there are going to be some serious adjustments, but something important in their first year is to know that it's kinda a state of constant adjustment!  You adjust to all the feedings, sleepless nights, etc- then they need to start solids and maybe sleep longer, but won't sleep in the car seat while you run errands.  You are needing to constantly be adjusting to a new system of what works best for you and your baby.

Have you noticed the constant state of change at your house with your little one?  How do you keep from getting frustrated at the constant need to change and adjust?

Initial 1 to 2 months, a new mother is overwhelmed, confused and happy at the same time. Mom is still recovering from delivery pain and the baby sleeps during the day and is mostly awake at night. Everything is new and the mother has to follow proper diet to give nutrition to her baby during breastfeeding.

For me, my husband and my mother were the best support. In such changing situation, they helped me to keep calm, take care of me and my baby and helped me to adjust to the change.
