foreskin covering the penis head even after cirumcision

my boy is now almost 6 months old, circumcised at birth.


Problem:
The foreskin still covers the penis head when we open the diaper, later while washing or touching the penis foreskin retractsand penis looks normal as circumcised.

Upon opening diaper itappears similar to following image:

we are in doubt if circumcision was done improperly or will it resolve automatically.

looking forward for an advise.

That doesn't sound right.  I'd get it checked and agree that it sounds like it was done improperly or incompletely.
