Should I tell the truth to my 9 & 11 yr old kids about my breast augmentation surgery?

I am scheduled to have a lift and slight implant next week.  I am very private and wouldn't want my kids to reveal to people at school, what mom is doing.  I am usually at school alot and will need to excuse my absence somehow. Should I just say that mom isn't sick and had a private  "mom" surgery that will limit my movement for a while ., but I"m fine.  Or should I really tell them what is going on, and that it is private. We are a close family and I think that they are trust worthy, but I don't want to make them uncomfortable.

This is an individual and personal choice, if it was me I would make it very simple and say you are having a small thing corrected and  that nothing is wrong with you its just a minor cosmetic issue you want to correct, as they are descreet that will probably do it. Good Luck
