Localized pain on toddler's head

Hi all,

Just wondering if you all have experienced the following.
My daughter have been complaining about a localized pain on her head when we apply pressure to it. If no pressure, then no pain. Thought it was a bruise, but there were no discoloration or swelling.

The area is in the middle and around few inches above her forehead (hair area). Tapping it and rubbing it will be painful for her. its just like this one small area. Other head areas are just fine.

She eats and plays well. No vomiting. She is practically well aside for the pain mentioned above which is why this is so baffling.

I am just worried if there are any underlying issues. Any advice or feedback will be truly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
SOTP
