Our 4 1/2 yr girl peed on bed

Our 4 1/2 yr old girl live in a home with mom and grandparents she has had autism tests and they said no. She has started to pee and poop in grandparents room if we forget to lock the door, might I add until this little girl was born none of my other children all grown now have I ever had to lock doors and I had one son with ODD one son with ADD they are men now and no issues, but this little one is like the devil getting into trouble when she knows it's wrong, yesterday she peed on grandparents bed because we forgot to lock the door, why would she do this? She had been sleeping in grandparents room since last April after a 10 day hospital stay she wouldnt sleep alone but after yesterday's incident we made her sleep in her own bed and told her since she couldn't use the potty and did it unpurpose she had to sleep in her own room now no more excuses. When she does something wrong and u ask her about it she glares at you almost like says there you deserve it, it's so strange... just need the pee stuff to stop I'm at my wits end

Sometimes issues like this are a sign of trauma.  I'd talk to her pediatrician and make sure nothing has happened to her.  Don't expect to just 'know' as things happen parents have no idea about.  She's not the devil.  I suspect she has some kind of internal issue going on that she needs help with.  Don't delay in getting her help.
