Soundsw like you have got to set some bounderied on behavior here, Soccer is good outside activity good for Dad hope he plays it with them a lot, so when he hits the other children take something away he likes, TV PC , he has to know he cannot do it, make sure it is something he cares about and actuyally that even means the sports hid Dad does with him. You are the parent you can correct this ,seperate them up if he is the one causing the fights let him stay by himself in his room .Be consistant so he knows he will be the one doing without when he causes the trouble.

How old is his brother is he older or younger than him, could this be some learned behavior, is he the only one at school to have these issues or do the other children fight aswell, , what does he tell you when you ask him questions about his behavior, is something upsetting him you can think of , is he involved in sports and outside activities? Is his Dad involved in doing guy things with him.
