Any diagnosis?

MY LAB RESULTS

RBC-low
HGB-low
HCT-low
WBC-Normal
Everything else in CBC report are in normal ranges.

TIBC-486 ug/dl- high
Ferritin- 6.4 ng/ml- low

All electrolytes and trace elements are in normal ranges.

Creatinine- 0.59mg/dl- slightly low
DBIL- 0.3mg/dl- slightly high
TBIL-2.6mg/dl-high
HDLC-64- high
Everything else for chemistry report is in normal range.

These are the lab results that i got today, for myself. I have typed down only the ones that have been flagged. My thyroid function is also within normal range and there is no infection nor any allergies. Can you please advice me something that is going on here? I am really worried. I don't want to see a doctor unless it is required or serious. Is it IDA? Is it normal to have bilirubin levels high or liver enzymes being out of range during Iron deficiency anemia? I am worried.

Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in response.  It looks like iron deficiency anemia to me based upon the lab values you've provided.  Do you have any additional updates or information?  I don't know how to correlate your bilirubin levels.  I don't know if there could be a component of hemolytic anemia present.
Thanks,
John
