2yr old, R coronary artery dilated

My 2 1/2 year old had an echocardiogram yesterday after her doctor detected a murmur November 30th at a well visit. We received the result today and it says:

1. The right coronary artery is mildly dilated. The left main coronary artery has a normal diameter, but does not taper normally.
2. Left ventricular systolic function is low-normal.
3. Ectopic beats versus prominent sinus arrhythmia noted intermittently throughout the study.

RCA Diameter 2.8mm (normal 1.16-2.36), z score 2.98
LMCA Diameter 2.5mm (normal 1.54-3.01), z score 0.5

We're being referred to the Pediatric Cardiologist that read the echo. However, they're not exactly quick about scheduling. My husband's cousin is a NP for a cardiology group and she and her doctors looked at the report and can't determine anything, though they don't see kids.

Everything I find when I research says Kawasaki's. My daughter's Grandfather is Japanese so it did catch my attention but she doesn't have any of the other symptoms. No fever, rash or eye concerns.

I appreciate any insight!
