What can parents do? Newborn VSD/ASD

proud father of a newborn baby girl, she is a little champ with a couple od tiny holes in her heart (VSD 3.3mm and ASD 1mm)

We are very confident and have high hopes that the holes will naturally close.

Just wondering if there's anything parents can do in this process to support this healing process? In terms of nutrition, excercise, vitamins, more or less outdoors etc?

Any suggestions/ comments are very welcome!
