4 week old with excessive drooling!

my son is 4 weeks old and has started drooling and making spit bubbles, he also started to not eat well at feedings. He'll spit the bottle out or just play with the nipple. He also started playing wiyh his tongue a lot, should I be concerned?

No, hes just very early finding he can play, has anyone blown bubbles at him ? he seems a bit young to copy but who knows ...Is he only on the bottle or are you feeding him breast milk aswell, I ask this because Momma's nipple and a bottle nipple are differant and if he is used to the breast that may be the reason, its probably a little phase and he will be gobbling soon .Good Luck
