Can a lethargy be a sign of dehydration?

My daughter is 21 months old. She had vomiting and diarrhea started 4 days ago. Now the vomiting and diarrhea has subsided but she is very lethargic and out of energy. She ran one spike of fever earlier today 38.5 and does not have interest in drinking or eating. We are forcing her to drink water and gatorade but not sure if she is getting enough. She had wet diapers today. I changed her diaper 20 minutes ago and it was wet but there is brick stained substance on her diaper. What is your advise?

Hello~

I would call your paediatrician as soon as possible and make an appointment to discuss this. It appears to me that some tests should be run. Gatorade is not the best thing to give her, it is loaded with sugar.
