10 yrs old female was on lupron injection for 18 m for central precocious puberty  stoped medication since 8m has had recurent abdominal pian abd ultra sound showed free fluid  what coud be the cause

may be a good idea to get her checked out for the stomach pain and free fluid, , the side effects of lupron should have worn off now after 8 months.good luck
