Incomplete right bundle branch block

Hi my son has been diagnosed with IRBBB - this was found in an ECG done to try and find reasons for his exhaustion. He has a blood condition call congenital spherocytosis, has had a splenectomy but has now developed Polycaethemia - various blood tests and now undergoes venous section every 2 months to try and reduce haematocrit level.
Recent ultrasoun shows prolonged lympodema in the groin. so lots going on, but just wondered if the IRBBB is anything to be concerned about.
Not on any medication
He has just turned 16

It probably came up on an ECG test ..is an electrical impulse ..it may be a good idea to research it on the search engine or take it to the heart forum we have on MH
