My 10 year boy been vomiting and have abdominal pain when eating.

10 year old boy was admitted to hospital after 4 days of sickness. Slight fever, vomiting and abdominal pain. There was loose stool once, but after that he didn’t eat much and there was no stool. Doctors thought it was viral at first. Then, after 4 days, he was given antibiotics for the next 7 days. He was on IV.

Still today he can’t eat anything. He will vomit whatever little he eats. He has lost weight from 34 kgs to 29 kgs. His stool is normal. Blood reports and urine reports were normal as per lab tests. Please advice.
