Red earlobes

My four month old had really red earlobes when I came home and after a few hours are still red.
Does not appear to itch.
She is taking antibiotics due to a UTI.
The temperature in our condo is around 74 and she only wears Cotton clothing.
Should I be concerned ? Should I contact her pediatrician ? Is that redness usual in infants?
Many thanks

Who was looking after her do you mean you both came home or was she being Baby sat, is she happy in her self no other problem, if she seems unwell it could be the antibiotics so best to ask your Doctor. Good Luck
