Small kid big belly

My daughter is  11 years old she weighs 75lbs and is 52inces tall. She has a big belly that does not match the rest of her body. It is firm and not flabby. Why hasn’t  she lost her belly? She has sickle cell, but her spleen is not enlarged. The hematologist says her big belly is not sickle cell related & doesn’t have an answer as to why her abdomen appears bloated. Her pediatrician has referred us to an endocrinologist because of her small stature. Maybe they will have some answers about her belly. She's been checked for ciliac disease & had an endoscopy that still did not give any answers. Any ideas?

I am thinking if she has some growth problems, once she sees an endocrinologist  they may offer her a bone age xray see whats going on with her growth, good luck
