poor hair growth

my daughter is 11. has a good healthy diet. growing in every way except for her hair. it is extremely slow to grow. it is only shoulder length and she only gets it trimed twicee a year cos it will not grow

They do say that genetics plays a part was your hair slow growing or anyone else in the family. Make sure she is taking a good multi supplement...Vit A, C E B6 and B12. have the ends trimmed regularly to avoid split ends and help growth .. and be patient, it will grow .
