tan circular mark on penis

Hey im a teen. I dont know what it is exactly but i have a tan circular mark on the shaft of my penis. It might be raised a little. Its not bumpy or anything. Those are the only symptoms. Ive had it for about 5 months and it hasnt really chainged at all. Im not sure if its an std. I havent had intercourse or anything. About a month after i got this on my penis i got ringworm on my leg. Maybe the circle on my penis is ringworm but they dont look anything alike. I need answers asap. THANKS

yeah but the ringworm on my leg doesnt itch. im not showing my mom thats just weird. any idea on what it is?

if it were ringworm it will itch really bad.. your still going through puberty..dont be embarrassed to tell your mom to take you to a doctor..just to clear your head talk to her..
