well at least they are trying something and I am not certain aliva may be an allergy but its good to try the options as for Tonsils, has he sore throat, fevers what do they look like ?.
they are trying zyrtec for 2 weeks to see if it is allergies and then if not the is going to an ent he doesnt have any other allergy symptoms though. my oldest son had to have his tonsils out when he was 6 i think the little one may have to also thanks for your help
Yes you should be concerned they will be able to help or refer him onto ENT its always wise to get a second opinion ...let us know what they say ..
his speech is great he started talking late but pronounces his words well.i am taking him to a different doctor in the moring because i know there is something there. he gags so much when he is sleeping iy scares me so much. thanks for your response

How is his speech, and his tongue mobility, it could be gastroesophaeal reflux..I think he should have an ENT evaluation..
