Any advise on how to cope and get through school without letting it affect you much?

I've had PATM for over three years, and I will say that those three years have been the most miserable years of my life.

Get used to it, it doesn't get much better in the workplace.  If I were still in school I would talk to a counselor or teacher about it, somebody with science background or medical.  We need to bring awareness about this phenomena.
