Are there herbal treatments for patm?

first of all I use translation so it might be bad english.

I'm really tired now.  I have no hope left.  The fact that people around me are sick is killing me.  I wish I had a normal life like everyone else.  get married, have children, be happy.  I live in an apartment.  Someone living on the upper floors has coughing fits every minute.  I go crazy when I hear this, I don't know what to do with being sad.
What a cursed disease that can reach people even in an isolated environment.
Please help me if there are products we can use.

I stopped masturbating so much and it worked for me. Not right away, it takes about 3-4 days to really see results. Also try a zinc supplement once in a while. Just my experience though, might be different for you
